Our 4 day Advanced Barista Training class provides any person with the basics to make him/her a knowledgeable and capable barista, able to consistently create a full menu of beverages made with espresso. Learning the barista techniques includes both classroom and hands-on training. Class size is limited so all attendees get the personal attention needed to ensure they understand and are able create a complete basic drink menu.
Advanced Barista training is not only critical for any barista, but especially helpful for the owner or trainer at any coffee related business.

Latte Art Training - hands on training with one or more of our barista trainers. We go over multiple pours, perfecting shots and milk, polishing and texturing milk, various cup styles and more.

The Midwest Barista School and JP's Coffee present Home Barista Training Class open to the public and catering to any skill level of home barista. The class is dedicated to training the home barista and espresso enthusiast how to make a great espresso-based beverages.
In this 4-hour session, a Midwest Barista School trainer will introduce you to the fine craft of espresso preparation, milk steaming, and latte art. We emphasize a hands-on encounter for all students and will also create and taste many espresso-based drinks.
